Let me preface this by saying this is my opinion....not every ones' view.....I don't know what you have been taught...or what spiritual path your parents have taken... ..but for Christians, the path to salvation is the acceptance of Jesus Christ.... ...that is patently clear...I really feel that there is nothing else you have to do....but once you are born again...you will behave differently because your spirit will want to...there will be conviction,,,but not condemnation...and there is a BIG difference between the two.....as far as salvation goes....don't get caught up in a bunch of man made rules...like dressing a certain way or make-up or dancing....or all of the other rules that can be confusing from church to church......they may (and do) effect our life, but not eternity....hope this helps...search your own heart....the answers are closer than you think!

My church teaches that we should keep ourselves in hell, but to not despair. My church is the One Holy Apostolic Catholic Church, out of Antioch, started by both Peter and Paul. Glory to God, where the name of Christian was first made was in Antioch.
And we are not sure what path we are on, that is why we are constantly are in prayer. We don't put people in saved or unsaved catagories, because only God knows that. So, we can't say, to anyone, "I am saved". Because we just don't know. So that is why we pray.... A LOT! Hope this helps.

Since faith is just that, you either are sure, or you are not.
There is no logical way to prove that you are right, you simply know...
Because religion is faith based, the rules of logic are rarely applied (although theologians have written tens of thousands of pages trying to explain inconsistencies in their particular religious text(s))
And as a faith based structure any form of 'proof' inherently violates the 'logic' of the religion.
Anyway - the final answer is that you cannot prove that one faith is right...
My personal belief is that they are either all correct or all invented mythologies with some sort of historical origins as the start point of the myth.
And a key point that is rarely mentioned in this debate is that the derivation of all religions were polytheistic.
Christianity, Islam, Mormons, etc all derive from Judaism.
The original beliefs of Judaism were a faith in their god over all others - not that there was only one god... the monotheistic element developed later.
And was then turned bitheistic with the creation of Satan - to explain why there was evil in a world created by a good god...
Just my .01
Awesome question...

Jesus said, I am the WAY the TRUTH and the LIFE no man cometh unto the Father but by me.
Ephesians 4:4,5,6 There is One Body and One Spirit even as ye are called in One Hope of your calling
One Lord, One Faith and One Baptism;
One God and Father of ALL who is Above All and Through All and in you All.
YES I AM SURE AND SO CAN EVERY ONE BE SURE JUST BY STANDING ON THE INSPIRED WORD OF GOD ONLY.

There is ONLY the path to salvation. There is no hell.
You WILL be re-united with God, the only question is how long you choose to make the journey.
There is only one gurantee in the universe, indescribable joy and infinite Love.

You just need to believe it. That's why there are so many different religions, because no one is sure, they just believe what they want. Hope you get your salvation!

You can't. But there are many people in the world who have not been exposed to other ideas, or educated. Therefore, they have no reason to think that what they have been taught may not be true.

Well, if you stick with what God said in the Bible-then you can't go wrong. But if you continue to listen to people who don't believe in God or the Bible-then who knows.

You should search to see if a question has already been asked before posting a new one. This one or a form of it has been asked way too many times.

God's Word is the path and Christ is the living Word.
Christ is the path of salvation.
Christ is the truth of God's Word.
Christ is the life eternal.
Joh 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Christ is the tree of life.
Gen 3:22 And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:
