my wife is 6 months pregnant. I have doubt this is my baby. if she does the paternity test . how much safe is that procedure.
If I do not do now. I do not have peace of Mind.
if that is not my child. I ma married her only one year.
she do not have any job. do i have to give her alumoney
I am living in illinois.
how do I deal in hospital. Do I have to sighn birth certificate
can I use my last name. after paternity test if I am the father can I add my name. could you please help me

Legal issues... You are on the right track protect yourself and your Child... If there is a question of Who the father is it is your right to request the paternity test should be granted by the Doctor if your wife wants it also.

If your wife doesn't want the test you have to get a court order
This means talking to a Family Lawyer and you might have to wait til the child is born...

The test for pre-brith has been around for 10 years with 99.5% true test results

If you've been married for less than 1 year and the child is not yours you need this test to prove Yes or No because you will be responceable for this child for the next 18 years...

I recommend to anyone If for some reason your Not sure who the father is Get the Test.... Don't let that Child end up on a afternoon talk show "Who My Daddy"

I believe you have to wait until the child is born to do a paternity test

YOU SHOULDN'T SIGN THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE JUST ONCE THE BABY IS BORN GET A PATERNITY TEST DONE THEN ITS YOURS THEN YOU CAN GO BACK AN SIGN THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND YES THE BABY CAN STILL HAVE YOUR LAST NAME
