I've used creatine. I thought it was great for about a month, but then realized the benefits were gone. I stopped taking it. I went on to bench press 225, for 25 reps while on no supplements whatsoever. I was eating about 200 grams of protein per day, and keeping my carbs under 300. Creatine will definitely make you retain water and 'look' bigger though. It made me work harder, but I think it may have been part psychological.

I've used creatine. It certainly doesn't hurt to take it (very safe), but I personally have not seen huge effect either. If you're already taking good protein powder, and working out lots, then creatine is a pretty good thing to try.

nicely there has been some time that i replaced into on a lengthy stress and did not favor to tug over to bypass pee because i did not favor to wake infant up. I purely had to stress at the same time as she replaced into dozing. I had to pee so undesirable, even with the undeniable fact that it beat waking her up and listening to crying for an hour. So for the duration of those circumstances, sure this can are available in accessible, lol. yet different then that i'd sense too bizarre about peeing my pants. yet out and about at the same time as figuring out to purchase or something, i'd use the rest room. I somewhat were potty experienced for particularly a at the same time as now, LOL.
