I don't think you can OD on most vitamins that are water-soluble. They will just pass through your body like excess water.

I wouldn't try testing this to the max though. It could have bad effects. As a general rule -- too much of any good thing is a bad thing.

I'm a nurse. Yes I wish I knew how many was taken. You can OD on any medication. The medication if too much turns posionius in your body. Seek the advicof a doctor, go and be seen right away.

You can OD on any kind of vitamin or medicine. NEVER take more than what is suggested on the label.

lol! A friend of mine ate a whole bottle of them as a kid! They are so yummy! Her doctor told her mother that she'll just pee out the excess, so unless you have a kidney or liver problem, you'll be fine. Seek drug addiction help (ha, ha).

i would say that it is possible since they are vitamins it could possibly give the craps and maybe a tummy ache

yes, it contains iron, which you're not supposed to consume too much of. definatly call a doctor or a poison control center.

You can get diarrhea, but that's about it. Too much will simply pass through.
