Everytime I make cookies, I always tend to remove it from the oven before it actually bakes, hence very warm cookie dough. Now, I noticed that I actually plan on doing this everytime I go to the store. I tried to stop any sugars and chocolates, but it felt like a hangover.

Suggestions PLEASE!?!?!

Plus, I never seemed to care, because its like my bosy refuses to gain weight (and I am not complaining). I actually lost a pound.

keep eating it ! there is nothing wrong wit heating cookie dough i always set aside some of the cookie dough to eat while i bake the rest of the cookies and of course i set aside enough to eat some after I've baked the rest as well . i mean i think i only actually bake like 1/3 or 1/2 of the cookie dough i make. ~*~Blessed Be~*~

Get with your doctor... make sure he has info on family health history.... like who is and is not diabetic on both parents and as far back as possible. Then let him compare this with any test he/she has already done on you. They may or may not want to do more test to determine the exact risk to your health on both short and long term. You might also want to check on a diet in general... not so much to be 'on' one - but to have a better understanding on just which foods you can limit to help compensate for any which are not good for you that you can not 'keep to a minimum'.

Well, I'm guessing it's bad for you because it says not to eat raw cookie dough on the package.
