I think it's "no realmente", but I'm not sure. Please answer me only if your first language is Spanish or if you speak Spanish very well.

Realmente no.
And this one is a little around the corner, but it means "Not really," subject to the circumstances.
Precisamente no.
This literally means "Not precisely." It would be used where something doesn't quite fit the parameters or guidelines.

Hay diferentes formas de traducirlo pero si lo quieres traducir literalmente seria/There are different translations; if you want to tranlate literally than it's:

No realmente, pero se escucha mejor/but this sounds better:
Realmento No,

Pero tambien puedes decir/you can also say:
La verdad no,

No realmente is the exact translation.
Another way of saying not really is (de veras no)
