the 90-10 rule. look her in the eyes, and lean in for the kiss, but only go like 90% of the way, let her come the rest of the distance for the kiss. don't lean in too fast tho.

Get in close, maybe catch her in a hug. Hold her for a second too long. If she doesn't take the hint and look up, lift her chin with your fingers, look her straight in the eye and give her a really soft kiss. See how she responds. If she gets shy and backs away a little, be cool and laugh with her and turn her head back towards you for another kiss. Give her a big slow smooch and maybe stroke her face or hair. Take it easy and enjoy every second :)

well take her out on a date first of all, then at the end youll know if she wants to kiss you or not. then when you walk her back to the door, at that pause, start leaning towards her and youll know then if she wants to kiss or not
or, get trashed, and in the taxi ride back, hope the girl next to you is drunk, and start saying, "hey babe kiss me" and you might get a nice game of tonsil hockey going.
i do not recommend the second one, as the girl in question could have an std, and if youre asking about kissing, then youre probably too young for alcohol.

In a movie, wait till there is a really bright scene. Put your arm around her, make sure she is comfortable. If she says she needs to refill her popcorn or something, you should realize she isn't feeling comfortable with it.
Once she is comfortable with your arm around her, pull her a bit closer. Then turn around to her and go, "Hey...you know you look really pretty today." And when she turns around to say thanks, catch her into a deep gaze. Then go in for the kiss, but don't go completely 100%! Come in slow and let her realize it, and she should come in too.

give her a hug before you say good night and look at her face and smile.. and depending on how much balls you have you can initiate the lean in. If she backs away from the lean in she didn't bite and does not want to kiss. But if she starts to lean in too it's gold. Or she can close her eyes that means give it to me big boy

awww.. well i always thought it was romantic if a girl likes you and you know it and she's rambling because she's nervous and it's not really out there that she likes you but you know, and you just interrupt her with a kiss. SO SWEET!!! oh ok. if you bump into each other and are close and touching... and looking into each others eyes... OOh if you're dating like when she's doing something like cooking or something come up from behind her and hug her waist and like kiss her neck until she turns her head, then kiss her... aww. i like that one. play with her hair, look at her face with a gleam in your eye like "i love everything about you" and look back into her eyes and kiss her. that's so terribly sweet.

okay when you drop her off dont kiss her on her doorstep you should tell her wait and pull her over and kiss her lightly on her lips if she backs off just leve it but then if she leans closer then kiss her more

Don't try too hard on it. It should just flow. If you think about it too much, you might make it worse. If you need practice, I guess you can try on your hands or thumbs or something.
