It seems the only way I can lose weight is if I eat one meal a day or eat three meals of very small proportions. If I eat regularly like three full meals a day, i gain like a pound right away. Maybe my metabolism is really slow. I just want to lose 10 pounds and maintain that weight from then. I want to go on a diet without starving myself.I've tried the Atkins, South beach diet already.lost weight when i was on the diets but as soon as i got off those diets, the pounds come back right away.Help

which ever one you will stick to, and you have to exercise or the weight will come back! strength training will increase your metabolism. eating 5 small meals a day helps me.

I was the same as you and I started the Abs Diet. It's actually really good and the only thing I could stick to. It doesn't really cut out any food, and it has you eating small meals throughout the day so you are not hungry, ever. It's the easiest diet ever to stick to because it really just teaches you to rearrange your eating habits a little. I lost about 20 pounds in 6 weeks and have kept it off for a few years. It is designed for men but I'm a woman and still had success with it

I would try weight watchers. They are a very stable eating plan. They teach you how to eat, and how to maintain your ideal weight. Short of that, there is a place called Seattle Sutton's. They will prepare your meals for you and deliver them to your home. Almost like being treated as a celebrity. I still think weight watchers is the way to go, though. Long term self sufficient success through education.

Remember this fact..diets dont work...

And u ll oviously gain a pound if u eat or drink, but although u ll lose it too.....Ur body is burning about 2000 cal..try taking 1800 cal a day...dont skip meals....dont be scared to eat fat....! gram of fat is 9 cal.....

alothough i heard the one where you eat 5 small meals per day works really well too...and your apparently never hungry!

You're going to need to burn calories in order to lose weight. Every time you use 3500 calories more than you consume, you lose a pound. So get exercising.
