It seems the only way I can lose weight is if I eat one meal a day or eat three meals of very small proportions. If I eat regularly like three full meals a day, i gain like a pound right away. Maybe my metabolism is really slow. I just want to lose 10 pounds and maintain that weight from then. I want to go on a diet without starving myself.I've tried the Atkins, South beach diet already.lost weight when i was on the diets but as soon as i got off those diets, the pounds come back right away.Help
