Mine started out as a back ache in lower back just like a kidney infection then a stabbing pain started radiating towards my side and it gradually moved down my side towards my pelvic region as the stone moved. The stabbing, crampy feeling would come and go and get worse off and on as it moved. When it reached my bladder, I started having bladder spasms just like a bladder infection and after I passed it I felt a burning when I urinated.

I've never had any, but I heard that they are extremely painful, and sometimes it may burn. If your not sure if you have them, go see your doctor.
