What are some fast excersizes I can do afterschool and actually lose weight?

you CAN find time to exercise if you REALLY want to. Make your health a priority, work out first thing in the morning to an exercise dvd, or go for a jog. plus you need to follow a healthy diet.

It depends on how much effort you put in. If you want fast results in a short amount of time get those 30 minute exercise videos like tae-bo or kick boxing. I'd recommend doing those 3-5 days a week. You might also want to cut down on snacks and sweets. Also try to eat smaller portion. But if you want to start out slow, try doing 25 pushups or situps a day and do more as the days go by. like do 25 today, 30 tommorow, and so on. Reaching your goal is about pushing yourself. oh yeah, and drink a lot of water!! You'll need it.

Working out does not have to take more than 60 minutes. You can still have a great workout for under 20 minutes. You would want to focus more in exercise that focuses in larger muscles groups. E.i. Push ups, squat, lunges, pull up, etc. The more muscles that you can use, the better.

As long as you have 20 minutes a day, 3 days per week, you can still still lose weight.

Finding time to exercise is easy. You just have to make it part of your daily routine..like brushing your teeth. Get up earlier. Or squeeze in at least 25 minutes after school. Mix it up. Do cardio and weights on some days. Other days do yoga. But you'll need to be aware of your diet as well.

Squeeze in exercise. Like at home when you're doing homework or watching TV stand instead of sit. Park farther away so you have to walk more. At the mall, if time isn't of the essence, take the longer route.

try this- have you ever heard of up downs

you stand straight and go down to do a push up
after that jump up straight again and repeat.
do 100 you will be sweating and losing weight in a week.

Walk to nd frm school everytime, even at lunch..
Try doin sit ups nd jump rope 4 three min..
Pushups....

Try joining a gym in the weekends.,..
