right click on desktop click properties and then click on the desktop tab.

what you do is right click the screen and a pop up should appear and several options should appear and all you have to do is select properties. Then after that click on desk top and it should have a picture of the backround you have right now. then just select one of your choices one the bottom. And there you go if you want a picture you have just right click it and click set backround as.

Right click on the picture select properties and then background - browse from there. Else right click on a picture you want and select set as walllpaper

All those, or you can go to a picture saved (usually in My Pictures), right click and go to Set as Desktop background.
