On my clock the numbers are always the same 1 through 12. Or did you mean how many times a day are the hands of the clock on the same number? Or were you looking for an answer such as 11:11, 1:11, 2:22, 3:33, 4:44, 5:55.

Is this a trick , the numbers we use on a clock are the same all day 0 to 12 or digital same set of numbers

On a digital clock, they are all the same only at 11:11 and 22:22 hours. On an analogue clock they are never all the same. They range from 1-12 and never change.
