i trusted my boyfriend and yet he already has a new girlfriend other than me. help please???

i am feeling so outraged by such behavior. i feel like he didn't really love me at all? It seems like he stabbed my back with his act.

It seems by your question, that you gave your "boyfriend" the one thing that can not be returned.
He took advantage of your feelings for him.
He probably had/has more than just you and the other girl on speed dial.
I am sorry that your heart was betrayed by a liar and a thief.
Trust and love are things that are hard to earn and much harder to replace.

If you're looking for a solid relationship, this is not the person you want to be with. It shows a blatant disregard for your well-being and a complete lack of respect. That isn't love. Don't waste your devotion on a guy who is willing to do that to you. He isn't worth your trust.

Confront him. End it. Get out of that relationship quickly before you're hurt any further. Rally your friends and family around you, too. They're there to support you. It'll make things so much easier to bear with their help. Good luck, pace yourself, and find another man who understands the importance of fidelity.

You don't have to feel outraged and yet you can feel any way you like.

What he does is not a reflection of you, but of himself. Yes, it can hurt when someone lies to you or is dishonest, but the pain doesn't have to linger nor does the anger. That gives him power over you.

I avoid taking things personally and view what other people do as an insight into their character. I learn who I cannot trust and stop trusting hem. Often I refuse to associate with them and remove them from my life.
