The answer above mine is only half correct.
The best mouthwash for you certainly depends on what you want it for.
Listerine is a good mouthwash for killing germs.
However, if you're interested in a mouthwas for your TEETH, then look for a flouride mouth rinse. In America, we have one called ACT.
What I usually suggest to my patients is this: Use both. Use Listerine (or we have Crest Pro Health, which doesn't contain the alcohol content and doesn't cause the burn) in the morning, and use ACT at night before bed. If you're going to do this, make sure you brush your teeth before using either, and after rinsing with ACT, don't rinse your mouth with or drink any water. This way, what little rinse is left on your teeth after spitting has a chance to sit overnight and help recalcify your enamel.

Depends on what you want it for. Listerine and Crest Complete are the only two that actually kill bacteria that live in the mouth. All of the other mouthwashes are really a matter of preference since they are more "cosmetic" or "good tasting" .

Listerine is good if you can tolerate it. It can be pretty strong for a lot of people. They make some milder flavours now - I think the orange one is mild. Not sure what they have in England though. If you try the original flavour, you may want to try slowly working up your time swishing with it - e.g. 10 seconds, then 15 seconds, and eventually up to 30 seconds.

confident utilising mouthwash is incredibly best for you. Even a $60 toothbrush does not get each little thing and the mouthwash is going the place you would be unable to attain to kill the germs. to boot in case you examine the label on the bottle it says as long as you do no longer swallow greater desirable than is used for rinsing you would be nice. do in simple terms no longer drink the bottle.
