You didn't tell us your height. It also depends upon how much of the 205 pounds is muscle. Depending on your height and gender, you may need to lose a few pounds. 181 pounds to 207 pounds is considered within the range for a male with a large frame who is 6 feet 4 inches tall.

Well, it depends. If you're in shape, then 205 is fine. You've got a mesomorphic (muscular build). If you're flabby, then you need to weigh as much as you do when you tone up. BMI and growth/weight charts are overrated because muscle weighs more than fat, and according to these measures, Mr. Universe is obese. As long as you are in shape, you're fine.

i'm not sure what your height is but 205 is overweight for most. if you are 5'4" (average height) then a medium frame would be 124-138.

Go to this website:
http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/adult_BMI/english_bmi_calculator/bmi_calculator.htm
remember that this doesn't take into account how much muscle you have, it also varies if you are male of female.
