average IQ is 100. If you are having an IQ of 115 it means you are very smart and that obviously is good!

Average ranges from 90 - 110, roughly. The average doesn't change with age, all that happens is the questions get more difficult for older students or anyone who takes the test. Your age is factored into the results, so your lifetime average IQ will be around 115 - unless you really apply yourself academically and make yourself smarter or unless there were other factors in play when you wrote the exam.
That said, you have to remember that an IQ number is only a guide. It can and does change with various conditions. Illness, fatigue, stress and many other factors can affect IQ scores.

100 is the average IQ but having an 115 IQ you are fine:) I wouldn't worry about it. Besides, there is more than one type of intelligence.

i think 90-100 is the average IQ. 115 is a little over average i think. for 13 probably high 80's or low 90's because their mind hasn't fully developed like an adult's. albert enstein's iq was i think 180 if you wanted to compare with him. mine i think is 110-120 maybe?

I really believed it was 110 but looking at the other answers, I might be wrong!

Here's an interesting fact which I'm sure many will be relieved to hear. An IQ score is always incorrect, meaningless, pointless and useless! A kind of paradox in many ways.

If you help people, feel for people, care for people and you're content with doing that - you are the perfect human for anyone!

Solving out problems fast or slow is irrelevant in all social or working activities. Getting on with them is relevant.

your IQ doesnt get higher with age.

below average 89 and under
average 90-109
above average 110-119
superior 120- 129
genius 130 and above

unfortunately IQ doesnt really matter. its a basic guidline, but iq tests are inacurate and your score can very a lot depending on which test you take. ive taken 3 in my lifetime and i scored 105, 124, and 134

100 is average.

If you have a 115 try Googling or Yahooing "Average IQ" and learned how smart (intelligent) you really are.

the usual IQ score is one hundred. the easy scale is going like this: 80 5-one hundred fifteen: basic one hundred twenty: sensible one hundred thirty: Very proficient (Mensa point) one hundred forty: particularly proficient one hundred fifty five+: Genius And to all and sundry who's announcing that they have got an IQ of one hundred thirty five, or one hundred thirty, or different particularly extreme numbers, on line IQ exams are no longer precise; they only strengthen your IQ so which you will purchase their "assessment."
