It depends on where you buy the computer or operating system. Usually, though, it comes with Microsoft Works Suite, paint, and the rest of that standard stuff. Plus a bunch of trials and demos that you pretty much have to delete because you never use them and they just take up space. A lot of times, manufaturers want to stick to bare minimum so that it doesn't cost them much money. Again, it mostly depends on where you get it.
