i watch many advertise about it , and they ensure it really work !
and i want to know does it work fast mean after hours or weeks or monthes ,? and do i must use it as long as i want a certain large size of breast . ? thanx

No, it most definitely does not.
Think of it this way: If it worked, there would be no such thing as breast enlargement surgery.
Anything that sounds too good to be true usually is!

I am a guy, so take this for what it is worth...
NO.
No topical anything can enlarge anything unless you are allergic to it, or it gives you really bad infection (a little bit of swelling).
They tried to sell some of that stuff to men...that was a flop...
