I can't imagine why you'd want a spell like that and I would never help someone with a spell to lose your soul and/or heart. This isn't a spell many, if any, Wiccans will help you with.

How to lose, or how to loose? I am not a wiccan, but the 23rd Psalm has something in it, about God restoring your soul. To cut yourself off from someone do this. Ask for God's forgiveness for even becoming a part of that soul tie, then forgive that person for whatever they have done to you.....this is very important step, God will not break the tie unless you are willing to forgive them. Then, Ask God, in the name of Jesus Christ, His son, to break the tie. Do not be surprised of that soultie, will attempt to reconnect with you at some level. As your soul is reestablished to you, they will sence a loss.
Also, from here on out, whenever you think of that person, just pray for God's mercy on them, whatever that is, you don't know, and you don't have to know.

Probably, I'm not but I have heard people talk about this.
Slaughter a white lamb as the sun rises and smear yourself in it's blood. Turn anti clockwise three times then clockwise six times then do a double back-flip and say "Hows that!" That should do the trick if not try more lambs.

Shono in skyler town, close to the odia river is, talk to him, however if you use the spell, no other people will talk to you unless you get healed by shano in the ashlands, still a horrorfying trip. The island that skyler town is located on is ano isle, but you have to fly your ship to the planet tamirel first, need any more help with games?

There are many Wiccans here, although most of us won't give you a spell to harm yourself, it goes against our beliefs of "Harm none"
