I'm with a girl that I've been with for almost a year now. She's almost everything that I'm looking for. She's never done anything wrong yet at the same time she really hasn't done anything spectacular for me. Our relationship in a sense is kind of boring. I kind of wish I was single so I can just have fun and do what ever I want to do yet I am afraid of losing something good. Any advise on what I should do?

are you finding fault with her, or are you afraid of commitment in any form? you could just be afraid of the fact that you've been with her for almost a year. think about it, really consider that. it could be your whole motivation.

you may need to take initiative to make your relationship what you want it to be. think of what you need from her and talk to her about it. see if she can fulfill your needs.

i'd say don't dump her or cheat on her just because you're bored. relationships do have boring times. relationships are not always good, and not always fun, and not always peaceful. you'll even hate each other and fight sometimes.

it sounds like having a long relationship is new to you. don't let it scare you. being with the same person for a long period of time has its rewards.

i'm 28. my longest relationship was 6 years, and then the next longest was 4 1/2 years. staying with the same person has a lot of advantages. you can work things out at any time.

now, if you seriously don't want to be in the relationship and you're sure you have valid reasons and it isn't just fear of commitment, then by all means end the relationship. but examine yourself first, and be honest with yourself. try all you can to spice it up. it takes two to tango. the "fault" isn't all hers. maybe she feels the same way about you!

let me ask you a question. are you going to hop from relationship to relationship everytime you become bored or unsatisfied ? how about spicing up your relationship. take her to dinner and have a talk with her , she sounds like a tresure that you have found. let her know you want to try some different things and that you want to bring some excitement to the relationship. it was said to me by my grandmother that true love is hard to find and once found you should hold on to it. for it only comes around once maybe twice so if this young lady is your true love and is as super as you say she is it might be wise to think things over. be for you make a impractical decision that you might regret for a life time to come i wish you the best season greetings.

Tell her how you feel. Give her some time to think about whether she can give you what you want. Then decide if you are going to continue to be with her or if you need to be single.

its all bout how you feel if ur urge to be single is stronger go with that. if you want to be with her more don't leave. Don't let fear of not findin any one hold you back. go with how ur heart feels man. I'd stay ive been with my girl for 15 months
