ive been waiting on the right guy to come along but the way things has happened its not worked out that way and am getting older now, am nearly 20 my best mate who is a girl has slept with a lot of guys although shes finally found someone now who she loves. we were talking when we were drunk and she told me that it could be years before i meet a nice guy and to just sleep with this lad i know am not sure though do you think she has a point?

You want to live your life before you get serious with someone and make a commitment. Your friend obviously made the wrong decision. Wait until you are ready, that might be when you are 34 married and want a child. Just get a good job do the things you want to do in life

You only get one shot at it the first time, make it special and make it right.
It might be years and it might not be. Wait for the right guy, it is worth it and to be honest its none of your friend business.
Your friend is playing the numbers game-if I date (and sleep with) enough people then I will find someone I like. She doesn't have a clue what she's doing, but you sound as if your head is screwed on. Hang in there and don't let it worry you. The least attractive thing ever is desperation.

I am almost 19 years and I had my first boyfriend when I was 16 so dont be so eager to grow up and have patience. U are to young to have sex and well the right would come just wait.

u obviously dont feel ready to jump in to bed other wise u wouldnt be asking this question u got to do wot u feel is right if u feel that its worth just having sex for sake of having it then go ahead but if u truely feel that u want/can wait for a mr right to come along then do that at the end of the day everyone if different in all aareas of life inc choosing when to have sex

What works for her may not work for you- you have to do what you feel is best, don't let anyone push you... waiting for the right one is cool if that's what you want to do- and sex with someone you don't love can really mess up your head, I mean, you can have a bad experience if you're not with the right kind of person... it can be better to be alone, that's my feeling.

There is nothing wrong with being a virgin. Do it only when you feel comfortable and you are in love with the guy. Don't be pressured into it. According to psychology, married sex is much more pleasurable.
