You should have full faith in God. He will protect you from any and all superstitions. I have never heard of anything of the sort of what you are asking. Put your trust and faith in God. You go to a funeral to show your support for the family of the departed. You go to remember the life of the person you knew. Never let any superstitions become between you and your faith. Stand tall and never never be afraid. He has angels always watching over you.

Yes there is. The Greeks think it is bad luck for a pregnant women to attend a funeral. It is superstition. It was probably because some women that went to funerals probably got so upset that they miscarried.

if anything i'd say it would be a good thing for all. Funeral can be seen as a new begining for someone entering a new state of being. What better to have someone there that is about to help someone start a new begining as well. Plus it'll probably help everyone else there to see you and the new hope you are about to bring into the world.

I could make one up .....the baby will be born retarded,,, or it will see dead people ,,,,,,or the soul of the dead person will invade the baby(like the exorcist)......but none of that would happen because its bullshit... I see it like this where theres death a new life is born to take its place...cept now days people are living alot longer and there's overpopulation n stuff.

I am Mexican and we don tallow a pregnant women to go to a funeral unless is very necessary.

dont b so gullable. superstition aint the way. if u believe anything enough it will hapen. so wat in a building of where someone has pasted thru one life and into another. it should be more lik the day of the dead in Mexico i believe. a rejoice, even tho iz sad.

I dont think there is,,,,but if your scared to go then just relax and stay at home,if you think its a must for you to go then just ask your holy angels to protect you from any bad spirit,,,
