I have feeling for him too but although he is professional most of the time and is very official sometimes he would say things like
he misses talking to me or
he wants to see me smile or that
I could chat with him whenever i want
i know he cares especially because i am having a hard time in a new country but I wonder? What do you think ?

wait until the semester is over then pursue it. that way it doesn't compromise his position and if he isn't, you don't have to see him all the time. In the mean time flirt so he doesn't think you aren't interested and keep the converstion going.
