Losing 5 pounds in one day is REALLY unhealthy. But I would guess no water, no carbs, just proteins + exercise.

I would not recommend losing 5 pounds in one day because you will just end up losing mostly water weight (and some muscles) and losing water is meaningless in a weight loss program.

The most weight that you can lose is 1-2 pounds per WEEK. Good luck with your journey and let me know if there is anything I can do for you.

Many patients ask me how they can slim down. I am against prescription pills because I prescribed them many years ago, and some of my patients became very ill.

losing 5 pound a day is very simple, as long as u follow my rules...I actually charge $777cn, but 4 u its free............

Step 1-Eat lots of water and foods today.
Step 2-Weigh urself just after eating.
Step 3- Dont drink or eat anything 4 24hrs.
Step 4- Excercise(optional)
Step 5- After 24 Hours weigh urself.................

I kno u r goin to say this...woooooooooooooooooowwwwwww

Because u r goin to lose more than 5 pounds...

U kno wat, this is actually stupid.........

The best and ultimate way to lose pounds is by xcerscise..Every1 kno this simple answer.....Although its not simple to do.....
