Is it really that important that you are a size 8? Can't you just be happy with how you are. It's not as though a size 10 or 12 is big. Some people just aren't meant to be that skinny and there is no point forcing your body to be something it is not. HTH : )

Ignore sizing, it's a load of.... Crap.

Shops use 'vanity sizing' which means they make all the sizes slightly bigger to flatter the customers.

All humans aren't made equal. Those tiny size 4 dresses are for equally tiny women with naturally narrow frames.

As an example, I'm 5ft 3 and size 8. There's no extra fat on my ribs for me to lose and I've been extremely underweight at one point and still remained an 8. This is because your ribcage and frame is a determining factor in your clothes size - and you can't change your bone structure.

As a taller girl, you're more likely to have a larger overall frame. That's not a bad thing, it just means you're in proportion.

There's no point in trying to squeeze into smaller sizes if your frame won't allow it. They say if you wear clothes that fit you well and outfits that make you *feel* good you'll emote that confidence and look better.

P.S. I envy your height. I just had to return a gorgeous coat because I'm too short for it!

You are small. Stop worrying.
