Are you asking for someone to mediate between the two of you? Talk to each other. It works much better that way.

wah...i dont get what you mean by can i talk to him but you sure can...is he your bf? if he got mad at you for playing with his cell phone then thats just stupid maybe he was having a bad day..talk to him be nice and caring/loving good luck and have a good one!
