Not all kids like cinnamon rolls maybe try some decorated cookies or cupcakes or maybe just plain ones with regular icing

I had a polar express party for my sons' (ages 1 and 5) birthday party. We had it on a train and served cookies. I used Sanda Lee's recipe for cookie cutouts. The dough is so easy to roll. I used mini cut-outs so 3-4 cookies equaled one regular cookie. That way the kids got to eat more cookies. When you frost them, use meringue powder (Michaels or other craft store), powdered sugar, and a little water. The frosting will completely harden and you can just toss the cookies in a large ziploc. My kids loved putting the sprinkles on the cookies. I wouldn't do that at the party. It can be done days in advanced.

I served chocolate and white milk (their choice) cold. They weren't ready for hot choc. at their young ages.

Make snow men out of powdered doughnut holes and candy for their eyes. Mini peanutbutter cups make hats. Usually they're held together with toothpicks, so maybe you could either watch the children with them or think up some other thing to hold them together with.

Thin pretzels (either sticks or other shapes broken) make arms.

Also, you could get some of the mixed berry, strawberry or raspberry applesauce cups and serve with cookies that have green sugar sparkles on them.

ALSO OUT OF FRUIT FLAVORED APPLESAUCE SNACK PACKS:

Also, you could put a bunch of candies, green grapes, or other small snack like fruit bites or gold fish in colors) in a baggie, tie the baggie with a green ribbon, cut of the extra. Then stick the baggie-pack with ribbon on top of the lid of the applesauce cups and use a Sharpee marker (or glue on felt) to make a face on the cup.
or
You could use some kind of red grapes or red candies, glue a small amount of cotton on the container/face - and get some version of a Santa looking face with a hat.

You could do a similar thing with the snack-pak size green jello or even diced pears that are sold. Change the choice of "hat" contents to make something that looks right with whatever snack pak you use.

Decorated Lollipops:

Buyi lollipops that this will work well with, tie ribbons around them, and add something like a Santa head sticker or any other kind of sticker to on side of the pop.

Try cheese and crackers. Gramcrackers and peanut butter. Celery with peanut butter and raisins on top.
Even the old stand by of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches then cuting them in fourths or even sixths. This gives each child a chance to have something for themselves.

What I do for my child when I make PB&J sandwiches, I use a cookie cutter to cut the sandwich into cute-fun shapes. If you have holiday cookies cutters use the christmas tree ones. I even use them for Grilled cheese sandwiches and even toast after it is toasted you use the cookie cutter. My brother and Husband love to eat Peanut butter and Banana sandwiches. That is a good healthy breakfast..

Chopped fruit on toothpicks with white chocolate dip.
Make a train out of gingerbread and decorate it with your kids beforehand.
