I have two back cratchers one I bought at an Indian shop in Glasgow (long handled with a wee hand at the end of it).
And the other came with the marriage, though I had to educate this one on how to scratch properly..theres a knack to a good scratch.
Keep my little wooden friend by the side of bed as I always get an itchy back in bed. And his nibs is usually snoring and wouldn't take too kindly to being woken up to scratch my itch.
I keep an old ruler handy by my computer and use this when I feel the urge.
Lol

I use a coat hanger.
When I was 11 I bought my mum a wooden back-scratcher back from the Lakes, which was the biggest mistake I ever made. After a couple of months of it hanging on the wall she thought it would be better use as a punishment tool and used it to beat my brother and I whenever we did wrong, and it bloody hurt!!

You can buy back scratchers from Boots or any pound shops. I brought one from 'Sound as a Pound.' shop by where I live in Shropshire.
