my best friend and i are inseprable like really weve been friends for 8 years and are like brother and sister, well my mom just started dating this guy named jerry they havent been together long at all but him and i are already fighting about anything and everything well, my best friend(CJ) and i were in my room watching a movie and it was over and the heat wasnt on in my room so it was cold and we were both under the covers and CJ being stupid like he always is took his shirt off and threw it on the floor well we got another movie and started watching it, well i went and asked my mom she said it was ok if he stayed there tonight so we went and got extra blankets so he could be on the floor but we were still in the bed watching the movie and jerry walked in screaming for no reason and yelling and pulled the covers off screaming about how i was to young to be doing this and he kept screaming and wouldnt shut up, so CJ and i went to his house to stay and we walked there what should i do?

when we were on his way to his house jerry followed us there and we went to his house and locked ourselves in it, he still bothers me to this day and my mom wont believe us so she wont stop seeing him, and worst of all she believes my step dad IM ONLY IN 8TH GRADE I DONT DO THAT and im really responsible CJ and i have a babysitting service toghether to

Talk to you mom about this. I also suggest telling this man to stop jumping to conclusions. If your mom trusts you and your friend, you need her to talk to this "man" of hers about this. I know ti stinks to get stuck in a situation like this, I've been there myself many years ago.
Has your mom married this man? If not, you need to really have a chat with her before she does about how he treats you.

If you both were cold, then why did CJ take off his shirt? I don't care how good of friends you are, CJ should be on a chair or on the floor, but never in your bed. Your step dad is just concerned. he is a man and was once a boy too. Your friend CJ will eventually start getting ideas if he hasn't already. you are just putting yourself in a tempting situation. Good friends DO become lovers. It happens all the time. I think your Step dad was just acting out of instinct and wanting to look out for you. Like Dr Phil says though....a step parent can not step in and do any diciplining of step children. it should be your mom who sets the rules. And I have a rule in my house No boys in bedroom Friends or not. the answer is NO. Watch a movie in the den or living room. I have so much more to say, but you will probably just get bored with me. relax - your step dad meant well, he probably thought your friend was trying something that he wasn't. Go back, deal with the discussion.
I don't know how old you are, but 12+ and I can understand that your step father could have easily misunderstood, or even further, that he understood perfectly - teenage boys are exceptional at wanting to try things that they don't know how to approach, and it could be that your step father - once a teenage boy - had an insight that you didn't.
Try to keep an open mind. If you're an early teen, what was fine and normal a couple years ago does change and I don't just mean in your step father's perspective, you'll see, it's your perspective too before too long.

How old are you?, your mom is dating the man and he has no right to come into your room, your mom has to be the one to tell him so, he has no authority over you in your mother's house. You are your mothers responsibility not his , it is situations like this that give single mothers a bad name him following you is dangerous, can you get your friends parents to talk to your mother and tell your mom you do not feel safe with this man in the house.

Your mom needs to handle this, Jerry needs to be told that he is not your FATHER!!!! he cannot discipline you like your mom does. He cannot disrespect you like that he needs to be reminded that your mother has okay CJ to stay so he needs to respect that.

Have a private talk with your mom and tell her whats happening it sounds to me like he is the type of man that will end up beating you. And tell her to remind him he isn"t your father and he isnt your boss and that you already had your mothers permission for her to be there.

I would tell him that you and him are just friends and are like brother and sister and if he dont like it he can get over it b.c you to are tight and your not gonna let him ruin it..
Hes not ur dad so he cant say nothing about it and he might as well get over it..

Who cares about your Step-Dad. Go to your mother. Explain to her that you guys weren't doing anything and that he is only your friend. Talk to her, I'm sure she would have no problem understanding since she allowed him to spent the night.
