i know it's suppose to lighten excess dark hair, but cant it lighten your skin just a little?

it doesnt acctually lighten the SKIN itself...it only bleaches the hair making ur overall face appear lighter..becuase before there was a dark covering over ur face when its lightened ur face looks lighter..
if u want to acctually lighten ur skin..stay out of the sun..and when u do go out use a good sunscreen with SPF45 or higher.
and if u want to go drasically lighter..ive heard that in some countries they offer laser skin lightening treatments..im not sure if they work really well or not..so i dont i would recomend it.

why do you want o lighten your skin. The real question you should be asking is... why do i not love my self enough. Let me just say that when women bleach thier skin thier complection loooks unhealthy and uneven. Not to mention your skin outld not match the colour of your lips then you'll look like you smoke and it's not atractive on a whole. Don't do it.
