Only in trouble for not paying past due child support. HOWEVER, Your words may be taken as refusal to pay as ordered by the court, thus additional actions may be judgment and confiscation of assets, contempt of court, etc.

You my friend are in deep trouble. If you want to start to make amends what you should do first is find out the judge's address and write him a letter of apology for your conduct in his court. Then if you have extenuating circumstances explain in the letter why you haven't been able to make the child support payments. Mention to him that you will catch them up as soon as you can get back on your feet. Man no matter how mad or upset you are in court, never lose your cool like you did. You showed no respect for the court at all. You have a lot of fence mending to do. Start to mend this as soon as you can.

If the child was born in the 80s why in hell are you still paying child support? if it was early 80s the child would be in his late 20s and far beyond child support age. Even if you did say that to her you are very low class to talk to a woman like that in public.

Probably a lot, or maybe none at all. Depends on the judge. I don't know, never've been to court before.

Not much I would say because I've looked at judge judy before and people always says those kinds of things and all she says is watch your mouth.

Regardless of what the judge says, you are in trouble. It's difficult, but I'm trying hard to feel sorry for you.

You're a pig! You will get what you deserve from the judgement of the courts and from the judgement of God.

You're in trouble; if I was the judge, I'd charge you with contempt, at least

What you say and what you do are the keys. If you say you won't but do anyway, you're OK. If you say you won't and you don't then you're at the mercy of the judge.
