Being a stranger, I'd ask your name, what you like in life, and how the heck we ended up together as two strangers. Are we on a cruise at a dinner table? A wedding and just sat next to one another in the pew? It's very dependent on the surroundings I suppose.
I talk to strangers all the time ('I'm 36, so I know right from wrong) at banks, the grocery store, and even the DMV.
Find a common interest, and you and I could be talking for hours, not just 10 minutes.

Of course you being a stranger, we would spend those few minutes getting to know each other... I can tell by your question that you have an odd side and tend to spring things on other to get a reaction... your sometimes hard to get to know but once someone does know you they tend to find you enjoyable. You have a tendency to hold back at times... not that you don't trust other you just have a shy side that others don't realize... I got this all from just the question you asked... just think of what I could find out in ten minutes.

Depends.
IF any of my interests were mentioned, I could easily fill 10 minutes with something about those. Being a born-again geek, this would probably be comics, movies, or computers. (Having said that, I have an innate ability to pull facts and comments about a lot of subjects from out of nowhere.)
Assuming I don't get tongue-tied, I'll be following any flirting with some of my own too...

Well firstly I would take you down to my favourite road house on the beach front and have a ice cream while we watch the waves crash on the shore. Then once finished enjoying the ice cream we would go for a walk on the beach, and I would ask you a bunch of questions about yourself, this making us new acquaintances and not strangers.

Well sex is out the question, we should talk about why people smile when they are uncomfortable or put in uncomfortable situation with strangers. Or lets talk about why people laugh at things just to be polite, or why people suck up to their bosses. the list goes on. Later.

it depends on what you like, how are you feeling? whats the problem why are we talking together only for 10 mins. what happen if we click and wants more than 10 mins. will you talk to me longer..
