?? Sarah and Pharaoh never slept together, if that is what you are implying. God told Pharaoh that Sarah was married and put a curse on his house. Pharaoh freaked out because he didn't know Sarah was married when he kidnapped her. So he gave her back to Abraham and apologized. The end.

Sarah didn't give pharaoh any disease. God brought trouble to pharaoh because of Sarah. Read it again.

Ummmmm ...... did you actually READ the Scriptural account? There's nothing like that in the Bible.

Sara did not give Pharao diseases. God did.
Notice what Genesis 12:17 says:
"Then [YHWH, Jahve, Jehovah] touched Pharao and his household with great plagues because of Sarai, Abrams wife."

all we know is God closed the wombs of Abimilech wives after he snatched Sarah I think he was a Philistine not an Egyptian
the beauty is that God asked the childless Abraham who waited 25 years for his own son, to pray for the wives of the wife snatching Philistine as if there were enough Philistines in the world
the beauty is we are asked in our suffering to reach out to others, as God asked JOb to pray for his friends...and after job prayed for his friends and after Abraham prayed for Abimilech God provided for Job and Abraham after their long tested patience and waiting shortly after
