Metal if you want the guy to really feel more pain. They also have fabric handcuffs you secure through velcro. Plastic sounds like it might break too easily.

I don't know what a bloke is (e-mail me and tell me plzzzzzz!)But use metal,plastic is cheap and metal is sexier. they have furry ones at Spencers in the mall.

Metal, plastic has a tendency to break way, way to easily. However, be careful not to over tighten them too much. Fabric/rope tends to be a much better choice . . . and can be much more sensual, too.

i believe the plastic ones are like zip ties mainly used in challenge the area like revolt arrests with different detainee. metallic are purely like the large-spread ones that you choose a key to launch.
