being an agnostic, having no direct standpoint, i get so many immature, rude, disrespectful responses when im not even bashing on their beliefs. this goes for christians and non-believers. regardless of my question very few answer sincerely. is it because the maturity level of this forum is that low? or are they fakers, trying to make other peoples "labeled" groups sound bad?

Agreed. I am also Agnostic..I've asked questions about the life of Jesus and was told to stop trying to look for converts....I've asked about the beginning of the universe and was told to go read a science book...I feel that our task is to shift through the ignorance, hatred, and jokes (although some can be funny) and find a few glimpses of truth....

First It depends on what you consider rude because as Christians we are to walk In love and 1Corithians 13 all says that love Is not rude,so we should not judge or be rude.

Some people though consider it to be rude If someone dosent answer a question the way they think they should.I answer a question In an honest decent way,and even then you will always have a person consider It to be rude, perhaps think of the question that you are asking and what type of answer you are going to get and be prepared for the answer ,rude or not.

I hope this helps you and I hope that the Christians remember that love Is not rude 1Corithians 13 all

Well certain people are immature and don't take rejection well, not saying you said anything rude to anyone, but some people do tend to take things the wrong way, but the way some people behave should not reflect upon their religion, those certain people should realize that when other people might think of converting or are considering a different religion the people that are what people want to become should remember that they set an example.

Maybe the people addressing you in this way just are immature, rude and disrespectful persons in the first place. Or maybe it is because religious disagreements have a tendency to escalate. For some reason, people think that their faith, or the absence of one, is of any relevance to someone else.

im a christian, that is working on being completely sold out to GOD, but i agree that anyone who wants to bash anyone's religion is immature and pointless. everyone on this earth has a right to any belief that they want to have and no one else can change that... for example, me...i cant make you be a christian and see things the way i do, because you have a right to believe what you feel is right, and you dont have the power to persuade me to question my faith, because i have the right to my own religion and own beliefs...

Hmmm....where you expecting answers that reinforced your views?. Some people are very sensitive and attack, others poke fun, and still others are straight forward. I find my answers will go with the tone of the question, sarcasm excluded.
