Here is what you do, you tell him that you think his is a great guy. But it would be better if we were just friends, just don't make him feel too bad. If you don't know him, get to know him. It is better when you get to know someone before you go out with them.

Just be fair to his feelings and tell him that you are not interested in him in a romantic sense. but say maybe you could get to know each other better and at least be friends.If hes smart and funny he just may give you a life time friendship of laughs and good advice.There is no better friend than one that you can talk to, laugh with and has got your back as well.

Well have you said anything to him such as ill talk to you tomorrow or i dont know yet. Well if he is smart and funny maybe you do like him. Trust me once you find out someone likes you you become more and more attracted to him

Tell him some other time only because someone asked me out before you did, that way you leave the door open and no one has hurt feelings.

talk to him up straight and tell him how u feel. i mean if u aren't attracted to him than don't go out with him because that will turn up to be a bad relationship. so save the trouble and talk to him so he will understand that it wouldn't work out.
