Generally, I would think you would know. The department I worked for notified you numerous times before one was issued!! If you have unpaid tickets.....if you have not shown for court dates....things like that.....well, then you've dug a hole and just may have them.

On the other hand, they just don't issue warrants to issue them...so if you are straight as a line...no worries.
