I've never seen wine/chocolates, but most liquor stores carry assortment boxes of chocolates with various liqueurs in them. I love the Jack Daniels ones! And Kahlua!
They do have the nutrition info on the box...

Don't know about the nutritional info, but they are an imported chocolate. World Market usually carries them; if you don't live near a store, check their website and you can order them.

Dillard's sells them. They also sell ones that have martinis in them! yum!
Well how nutritious is alcohol and chocolate...probably not very
