Okay, I have decided, after much consideration, to write my best guy friend, who I love though he has a girlfriend, explaining my feelings to him, though he already knows I like him. Who thinks that this is a good decision and what should I include in the letter?

you say this is your best guy friend? wanna lose the friendship, then write the letter - quickest way to end it. if he was romatically interested in you, and seeing he already knows you like him, he would be with you, not his gf. back off if you value his friendship.

If u are willing to gamble with your friendship with him go ahead, but i would not appreciate my lady friend making things complicated with my girlfried and I .
Unless he hasobvious problems with his gf?
Then u could tel him straight up that u can treat him better.
