Dried Fruit is out.

I got a book by Jennie Brand-Miller that has all sorts of lists for the GI foods. She is from Australia,and has a website that has lists for foods, but I couldn't find it - it's definitely in the book.

There are some good sites out there that list low GI fruits. I would just search for Low G.I. Fruits...
