I am worried. Is this a sign she is cheating or is she just having fantasies. She won't even talk like she does when I hear her having these dreams...it is talking and mouth movements and sucking sounds....I mean, dreams aren't proof, but I heard that dreams that real are life reenactments, things that happened even on the same day, rem sleep doesn't usually afford such detail and last 5-10 minutes like that...help me out...anyone else with this experience. It seems it is only oral, it happens usually when we aren't sexually active...

Many times, dream are symbolic of other things - and not to be taken literally. Do some online research or dream interpretation. It may be that she feels (or knows) she's lacking in that area. She's able to work through it in a dream state - better than she can in real life.
It may not be sexual at all - it may be a sign that she's aware of her inabilities here.
Sex dream interpretation: indicates repressed desires for physical and emotional love. An urge to bond.

First of all, do NOT do anything to her physically while she is sleeping. Seriously.
When we are asleep, we are not always aware of the thoughts our brains are having. Even if she is having sexual dreams, it does not mean anything about her desires when she is awake. If I were you, I would not assume it "meant" anything at all.
If you want to have a discussion with her about it, be careful that you're not accusatory and only looking for more information about what YOU can do to arouse her interest in sex.

Maybe her dreams are very erotic and she is very sexual and is scared to express it. So her dreams are a gateway to fulfill her fantasies that she is afraid to express in real life. Maybe she isn't cheating. She is just a "closet freak" and her dreams are really where she gets freaky.

First of all how do you know she's dreaming about oral sex with guys? Maybe it's oral sex with girls. Which would mean that she's probably needing more foreplay from you.
