As long as you leave them in the carton, they can be used for up to 3 weeks after the date stamped on the end.

However, some recipes just don't work out as well with older eggs, so I would just use them for breakfast type purposes if they are going to be older...

There is an expiration date on the egg carton. I believe they are good for about 3 weeks.

Eggs shouldn't be kept in the refrigerator in the first place. Eggs are best kept in a rack in a cool place.

two weeks. but if they break they are not good at all.
