My favorite is "O Holy Night."
Others like:
Angels we have heard on high
Go, Tell It on the Mountain
Good Christian Men, Rejoice
Joy to the World
The First Noel
What Child is This
The Holy Bears A Berry
If you want something contemporary, then try one of these:
How Great Our Joy
A King Is Born
Bethlehem's Treasure
Bethlehem Morning
Holy Lamb Of God
If would be nice if you research the song you choose and tell the story about it before you sing it. If you choose an older song, email me, I will send you the story behind it.

This is going to sound like an odd suggestion, but check out the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. They don't shy away from God and Jesus (though not all of their music is sacred) and it's good listening.
There's also "Mary Did you Know," "When a Child is Born," "Road to Bethlehem"....I've even adapted part of "As Long as There's Christmas" for a church service. (Just a few lyric changes and it's quite nice.)
For something traditional yet new, look up "Night of Silence" by David Kantor. It's a pretty melody that was written to be sung on top of "Silent Night." That would probably be lovely with two women's voices. (try http://www.giamusic.com/sacred_music/index.cfm for resources)

Little Drummer Boy-hands down the best. Second runner up is Do you See what I see? Nontraditional, and ALL TIME favorite Christmas song is Christmas Eve Sarjevo 12/24 by TransSiberian Orchestra.

Silver Bells is a gorgeous Christmas song. It's not upbeat, but nothing says Christmas like the words from Silver Bells.
The Little Drummer Boy has also been jazzed up to make it upbeat. Think about that one, too.
I hope it goes well for you! :-) Merry CHRISTmas!
EDIT: Oh... JOY TO THE WORLD! Yea, that can be a good rocking tune, too.

There's a lot of them... I like the more traditional ones... Just have someone play the piano instead of the organ. It sounds much better then.
We 3 Kings
It Came upon a Midnight Clear
The 1st Noel
O Little Town of Bethlehem
Wow.... brings back some good memories. :)
