I know that I should love myself so dont even bother saying that. I do love myself but Im a size a...thats bad...i mean guys have not asked me out because of that, is there a way to make then bigger?

1.) Put your palms together in front of your chest, like you're going to pray. Push them together as hard as you can for about 2 seconds before releasing. Do at least 45 repetitions a day.
2.) Massage your breasts, including after doing the above exercise.

There is no way (pills or otherwise) to make your breasts larger without surgery. There are numerous padded bras out there that can visibly increase your chest sometimes a cup size. You should maybe try that. One thing to note for future reference when you get older: You don't want guys that are only going to ask you out because you have bigger boobs. These guys are shallow, not to mention not the only ones in the world. There are plenty of men who would date a woman for her mind. Those are the ones you want. Guys that hit on girls for their boobs are just sleazy. You're only 14 though, so chances are you're still developing anyway.

There are certain exercises for this. Put your back straight against the wall. Then position both arms in a T form ( the shoulders and upper arm straight and the lower arm elbow to fingertips dangling). But they should be against the wall too. Then both hands moves up and down. The upper arm should be steady , only the lower half , from elbow to tip of fingers should do the movement. When you bring the hands down (elbow to fingertips) the palms would be facing the wall. and when you bring this up , the back of your palms should be facing the wall. Do this while maintaining the T shape . Remember to do this exercise against a wall. You can increase the frequency and number as you get used to it. This is believed to enlarge the breast.

Not without surgery. There is an injection on the market, but it's not safe! I think Asia is the only place you can still get it - turns out it was poisonous. Chicken fillets (silicone breast enhancers that slip in your bra) are great for a cheat, and water bra's can make you look naturally bustier - but only from the outside.

I have 34AAA, so it's something I have had to put up with for many, many years, Finally, a couple of years ago I found some inserts, sorta rubbery feeling, that you put in your bra, Fantastic. I have seen the type that paste on, but hear they are a mess. Some people don't understand the problem, but some outfits just look better if you have something up top. I found mine at Walgreen's for about $20.00, definitely a good investment!!

If you lift weights and do a chest exercise you can create cleavage. Your breast are pectoral muscles covered by mammary glands and body fat. If you exercises any muscle it will grow.
Also, being a size A is not bad. You can buy inserts sold at Victoria's secret to enhance yourself.
If a guy isn't asking you out because of your chest size he is an A$$hole any way and you shouldn't want anything to do with him.
and if you're under 18 you may still be developing.

Victoria Secret sells great padded and foam insert bras. I know this is not what you want to hear but if a guy is not asking you out because of your breast size, believe me - you do not want anything to do with him. HE'S A JERK.

you should love your self i mean I'm a 36c and i get jealous of my friends sometimes but think about it id rather be an A cup than a C because at least you don't have guys grabbing you or even tryin to find a way touch touch or see them so be lucky and happy your 1 or a thosand that doesnst have to deal with that problem

No,but I think its more important to just be yourself. Your only 14...you have a while to still grow. As long as you look cute,it doesn't matter what your breast size are.

a is not bad, a nothin iz bad, but only cuz u couldnt wear some clothes. ur still developin, y would u want guys starin at u lik that. jus lok at the bright side of things: ur actually lucky, a guy that asks u out really wants 2 not cuz ur breasts.
