Stay away from foods that fuel the flames of heartburn and indigestion. According to research or other evidence, the following self-care steps may be helpful:

i am an alternative medicinal therapist and it sounds like IBS.Your diet is usually responsible. You must drink at least 2 litres a day of water and roughage. Go to the health shop and get some LEPICOL it works wonders. Cranberry juice is great for the kidneys and bladder helps to stop cystitis.GINGER is the best thing for heartburn and digestive problems you can get it in capsule, crystallised or a wine form and it can be got again from a health shop

If this is a regular problem then it certainly could be worth your while to ask your GP about it. It could be a biliary disorder which can be serious. On the other hand it is probably nothing to worry about. Better safe than sorry.

you've eaten something really heavy for your tummy.
2 options -
have a fizzy drink - this will he help you digest but can make your heartburn worse
have camomile tea - lots of it it will calm everything down but slowly

good luck

try drinking milk. it could be what your eating or drinking thats causing the heartburn. if milk doesnt work, try and antacid ..... best thing to do though would be to see a doctor if none of these work.

I think its best for you to check with your doctor. You will then get the correct medicine. But I'm sure its nothing to worry about.
