There is this boy and he is really hot.I like him and we talk a lot just joke around u kno...Well one of my best friends likes him too but she don't kno I like him.She asked him out and now they're goin out.Well he never really talks to her but he talks to me.So if I ask him out he might say yes so should I ask him out and get my friend mad or not do it and not have him?

You should not ask him out, and you should stop talking to him.

It all depends on how respectful you are to the 'girl code'
If you aren't very respectful of it, then yeah, take him.
If you are respectful, then no, you can't take him 'cause friends don't take other friends boyfriends.
