Yes most of the time but some girls have figured out ways to keep get it tight like it once was.

I'll take experience any day! yes tightness does make a difference and women need to be aware of that..exercise and fitness play a big part in keep that area toned and firm..I know, I know guys have problems to and they also need to work on their short comings whatever they may be from ED, bells, hygiene, mentality etc, etc Good Luck
