i can only go to the gym twice a week, and that is enough for me everywhere but my abs, i have a little extra fat......anyway some reccomendations please!

cardio is really the only way to burn 'fat'..but you can do some crunches while you are watching TV at night or get one of those 'ab wheels' it is something with a small wheel and 2 handles through it..you sort of do a push-up but the balance m0otion of rolling back and forth really works the abs..or get a big workout ball

Crunches are the best i think!
