Technically magic has no color. It only has intent. What you refer to as "black magic" is magic that is intended to harm someone or be used against someones will.
As to HOW it hurts someone, that really depends on what is intended to be done.
The fact of the matter is, it's simply immoral.
Depending on your religious beliefs, it can harm the sender as well. Wiccans believe that if you use magick to harm someone or against someones will, it will come back at you three times as bad. (Think bad Karma with a triple boost.)
Christians believe it is the work of Satan and you will go to hell.
Some people are so closed minded they don't believe in magic at all. *shrugs* Whatever.
It should be noted that even those that do believe in magic, often do not believe that harmful magic can be done to them without their consent. In otherwords, if you don't allow it, it can't happen.

It does not because it does not exist. Wiccans and pagans do not create nor attempt to use "black magic". I may curse someone or something that deeply displeases me, but that is not "black magic". You've been reading too many silly comic books!

It harms people because it came from the devil and witches. Also Halloween is really Hallow night. Lets say your pastor dies. On hallow night you remember him by all the works he has done. I'm not talking about the stuff that Mexicans do. This is Christan. I dint celebrate Halloween because people mix everything up. They change it because they wanted to harm kids and kill them.

It doesn't. If you read between the lines it only makes the caster feel better but it doesn't effect reality.
