Can you use vaginal yeast as a baking ingredient? Why or why not?

Eugh. Honestly, I do not know.

HOWEVER (!!!!) people that make bread must be VERY careful to wash their hands very well after kneading bread, as the yeast that causes the dough to rise can also cause yeast infections in men and women.

No. I really don't know why but that's an infection so it would be bad for your health if you tried. And I'm not even sure they're the same yeast.

NO! That is just nasty and discusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why would you or anyone else ask a question like that?That`s why they make baking soda for cooking and baking!
